General Information

  • Check-in time: 14h00 - 23h00
  • Check out time: 10h00
  • Early check-in or late check out is subjected to bed/room availability on the relevant day, to be reconfirmed with the front office staff.
  • A levy is chargeable for early check-in from 07h00 - 14h00 and late check out from 10h00 - 18h00.
  • Room not occupied by 22h00 will be seen as No Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.
  • Please take note of our check-in/out times and notify us should you be unable to arrive/depart on time.
  • Please make full use of our facilities while we hold your luggage and have it taken to your room once it is available.
  • For your convenience, designated smoking areas have been established.
  • We regret pets are not allowed. Service dogs only by arrangement.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • The right of admission reserved.
  • International travellers please note that all commissions/bank charges are for the guests account when paying via EFT from outside South Africa.
  • Toddlers need to always be supervised at the pool.
  • Shuttle services can be arranged at an additional charge.
  • Service charge is discretionary.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • An EFT payment can be made into our Standard Bank account or alternatively we can forward you a credit card authorization form allowing us to manually process your credit card.
  • Payment MUST reflect in the Christie’s bank account prior to arrival. Should your booking be for the same day and/or a day or two later or on a Friday for the weekend an EFT payment will not be accepted as it would not reflect in the Christie’s account prior to your arrival. In this case, payment will have to be made via cash or card on arrival or a credit card authorization form enabling Christie’s to process your card manually.
  • Please make use of your BkID (Booking ID) which you will find in the body of your invoice as reference when making your payment. Kindly send the proof of payment to bookings@32onrussell.co.za
  • For Peak Season, all reservations payments are non-refundable.
  • A full room rate will be chargeable for check-in before 07h:00 or check out after 18h00.
  • Guarantee by credit card: Reservation is allowed to modify/cancel online on your own before 48 hours prior to the arrival date and no cancellation fees. Should you wish to make full payment in advance, please contact our Central Reservation to discuss your details.
  • Cancellation/No Show Policy: Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by email of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 3 days (48 hours) before arrival for EFT bookings and 2 weeks before arrival for Group bookings to avoid a charge of 1 night’s stay to be imposed.
  • All guests must produce a valid passport or identity document upon check-in: For any early check out, there will be one night early check out penalty to be imposed. In an event of a guest No Show, a fee of one night’s rate will be charged.
  • Forfeit 100% of Total if guest cancels 7 days before arrival.
  • Forfeit 100% of Deposit if guest cancels 14 days before arrival.
  • Forfeit 50% of Deposit if guest cancels 21 days before arrival.
  • Forfeit 25% of Deposit if guest cancels 30 days before arrival.
