Building a Brighter Future, One Soap Bar at a Time

Christies at 32 on Russell is proud to partner with corporate social investment specialists, the Riverside CID Social Investment Foundation, in a project bringing benefit to the Mpumalanga Association for the Blind and Rehabilitations NPC. The project engages the Association and its visually impaired members in a social enterprise that repurposes left over soap bars from hospitality establishments to produce a brand new product.

Through the project, Christies at 32 on Russell supports in waste minimisation, income generation, small business development, and creates opportunities for people with disabilities. Profits from the social enterprise fund the Association in their critical support work with the visually impaired, most of whom are unemployed.
